How to Pabulong?

1. Provide a copy of your Proof of age/date of birth.

• Take a picture of any VALID IDs or document/s with your birth date (Ex: School ID, Vaccination Card, Government ID, Passport, Birth Certificate, etc.)
• You may cover/erase other information. As long as your date of birth is clear and readable, it is okay.

2. Write your username.

You must include your handwritten username. See photos included.
